The MAC AND/OR ANY HOST SITES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES OCCURRING TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY.

Bearer of each ticket assumes all risks and danger incidental to this contest and releases the MAC and any host sites and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities resulting from such cases.
